Sentadinha no sofá, de perna ao alto e em frente à televisão a ver o Festival da Canção. Ou, como dizem aqui na Noruega, o “Grande Prémio das Melodias” (que coisa fofa). É assim que estou agora. Uma pessoa passa os 30 e é assim que os serões de sábado são passados.
Só gostei de
uma ou duas canções (gostei muito da da Áustria, vá). Infelizmente nem a de Portugal nem a da Noruega me fazem
vibrar. Mas eu sou patriota e torço por eles de qualquer maneira.

E uma coisa é
certa – somos do caraças a organizar cenas. Neste momento só me apetece cantar
o fado com uma mão junto ao coração, comer pastéis de nata e andar a passear por
aquelas paisagens todas que têm mostrado. Tenho cá para mim que aquela gente
toda deve estar felicíssima, não só por ser parte do show, mas porque teve a oportunidade de visitar a beleza de país
que temos.

up and in front of the TV watching the Eurovision Song Contest. Or, as they say
here in Norway, the "Great Prize of Melodies" (so cute). This is how
I am right now. That's how Saturday evenings are spent after 30.
I liked only one or two songs (really liked Austria, I admit).
Unfortunately neither Portugal nor Norway made me crazy. But I'm a patriot and
I'm cheering for them anyway.

And one thing is for sure – we're great
to what concerns organizing stuff. Right now I just feel like singing Fado with
the hand in my heart, eating pastéis de
nata and walking around all those amazing landscapes they have shown. I truly
believe all these people must be very happy, not only for being part of the
show, but because they had the opportunity to visit our beautiful country.
