Ingredientes:
500 g amêndoas
claras de 4
ovos
500 g de
açúcar em pó
Para a calda
de enfeitar:
clara de meio
ovo
75 g de açúcar
em pó
meia colher de
chá de sumo de limão
Preparação:
1. Pelar metade das amêndoas e
deixá-las secar durante um dia.
2. Picar as amêndoas.
4. Aquecer o forno a 200⁰C.
5. Moldar pequenas “salsishas” a partir

As a “hangover” of the 17th of May
and the Norwegian patriotism, here is a cake that shows how proudly Norwegians
honor their flag. A different and special cake. Full of decorations. Hard to make,
but beautiful to see. Where there is a party, there is a kransekake. A very light thing, as you can see:
Ingredients:
500 g almonds
egg whites from 4 eggs
500 g powdered sugar
Syrup for decoration:
egg white from half egg
75 g powdered sugar
half a teaspoon of lemon juice
Preparation:
1. Peel half
of the quantity of the almonds and let them dry for a day.
2. Chop the
almonds very thin.
3. Add the
powdered sugar and mix with the egg whites. Keep the dough in the cold,
preferably until the next day.
4. Heat the
oven to 200⁰C.
5. Shape
small "sausages" from the dough with the hands and place them in kransekake
forms or form rings of different and consecutive sizes.
6. Bake for
10 minutes. Let it cool down.
7. Add the
syrup to a pastry sleeve and decorate the rings.
8. Place the
rings on top of each other and decorate with Norwegian flags. Otherwise it is
not a kransekake.
The stomach of Bacalhau says thanks!
