Ontem falei AQUI do
Nada disso! A maioria é bem antiga, mal dá

Yesterday I wrote HERE about the
crazy-stressing-real-estate-business in Norway. It’s getting impossible to buy
na apartment in Oslo, since the prices increase, and increase, and increase.
Because apartments are spectacular and fancy, you ask? Nop! Most of them are
actually tiny, very old, and the only thing it matters is location, location,
location. With the low interest rates, everyone gets crazy to buy, and nobody
actually care for how much they pay for a shitty place, as long as it is
located in a nice area (And I'm not even talking about a view to the fjord...
Areas with bars and night live, or close to the main streets, will do.).
I know it's a bit silly to make
comparisons, but just for you to have an idea, a 1-bedroom place can easily
cost something like 300,000 €. A wonderful apartment, with a great view and
sauna, you ask again? Nop. 300,000€ for things like these:
Painting of the ceilling corner
is already a bit dirty? Never mind, it gives it a cool vintage look ...
The darker wood was not enough
to cover the entire floor? Who cares, let’s finish it with the lighter brown one.
The light switch does not fit in
between two doors? No problem, if we rotate it a little bit, it will also work!
In my opinion, this is called slouch.
And worst of all… there’s ALWAYS someone who buys it.
