Pesquisamos por “trolls” no Google e só vemos
imagens do filme. É preciso escrever “trolls norway” para se perceber que os
“veradeiros” trolls já existem há muuuuuito tempo e andam há uma vida a
assustar gente. Mesmo que agora se desenhem trolls com cara de fofinhos, eles
eram mais o menos o “lobo mau” cá da zona. Feios, brutos e “comedores de
homens”.
Viviam escondidos na floresta e só saíam em
noite cerrada. Existiam no imaginário das pessoas, que tinham que se entreter e
temer alguma coisa quando viviam isoladas.
Os trolls
são as figuras mais emblemáticas da Escandinávia, depois dos Vikings, diria eu. E hoje em dia
encontram-se em forma de peluche, em canecas, em porta-chaves, em tudo o que
seja souvenir. Não sei se ainda se
assutarão criancinhas com as suas histórias.
