Pois tenho. E quando
fui ao cinema ainda nem um tinha. E levei-o. E gostámos.
Isto podia bem
ser um This is Norwegian Style,
(Estou a
brincar, também não é assiiiim tanto). O som é reduzido, a sala fica a media luz e a porta aberta para entrar
e sair se for preciso. Amamentar, mudar fralda, tudo é permitido. E ninguém se
pode queixar de que há-uma-criança-a-chorar-que-não-me-deixa-ver-o-filme.
Mas nem houve
choro.

I went to the cinema.
"But don’t you have a child who’s
not even two months??"
Yes, I do. And when this happened he
was not even one. And I took him with me. And we both enjoyed it.
This could very well be a This is Norwegian Style post, because it’s
so typically Norwegian! There’s something called "Babykino", or Baby
Cinema. And nope, it's not cinema for kids. It's cinema for moms. Showing
movies that we’d all like to see, but because we have to deal with that fragile
and crying (but God damn cute!) human being for 24 hours a day, we can’t.
The alternative? We take them with
us. During the day, since the 436 months-leave allows it. (I'm kidding, it’s
not thaaat much). The sound is turned down, the room is a media luz, and the door open to get in and out if we need to.
Breastfeeding, changing diapers, everything is allowed. And no one can complain
about a crying-baby-who-does-not-let-me-watch-the-movie.
But there was no crying. Mamma Mia 2
soundtrack worked like lullabies to my #portuwegianbaby and at the end he even
got a diploma for “My first visit to the cinema” accomplishment!
P.S. – Sorry for all this
maternal-lame content lately, but that's what my experience in Norway is all about
now...
