Eu sei. Eu sei. Todas as sextas. Ou quase todas, vá. Eles chamam-lhes mesmo as Tacofredag – as “Sextas-feiras de Taco”.
Cá em casa
somos bastante aficionados. É simples, rápido e bom. Nunca falha. Uma tortilla recheada de “coisas”, frias ou
quentes, à escolha do freguês. A ideia é haver vários ingredientes espalhados

I know. I know.
I’m not crazy. I know very well that Taco is Mexican food. But Norwegeans had
the good idea of bringing it to Norway and make it a “typical” dish. Every
Friday. Or almost. The even call it Tacofredag
– “The Taco’s Friday”.
We are taco fans
here at home. It’s simple to make, fast and good. A tortilla filled up with “stuff”, cold or warm, as you wish. The
idea is to have many different ingredients on the table and everyone chooses what
they like the most.
These are the ingredients
I normally choose:
Tortillas are warmed up in the oven, smeared
with créme fraîche, and then you can
put whatever you prefere on the top. Then wrap them up, and that’s it! Tacos
can be eaten with the hands, but as I am lady, I use fork and knife, OBVIOUSLY.
What else do
you wish for dinner?
